However, the real highlight was the milkshakes. I tried the pistachio milkshake during my visit and it was outstanding. I’m definitely considering a return trip!
"These are the best gourmet burgers around! There's a fantastic selection to suit every palate. My personal favorites are the Santa Fe and the New Mexico, both of which have a nice spicy kick. The fry sauce is extraordinary as well. When the craving strikes, we often drive about 45 minutes just to enjoy these burgers! I really wish there was another location closer to us."
Amazing burgers and phenomenal milkshakes! I absolutely love this place. The burgers are large and juicy, cooked to perfection. While the prices are a bit on the higher side, it's definitely worth it. Every time I leave BBP, I feel satisfied and happy.
As a medium-western girl, I was looking for a good burger when we moved to LI. BBP has the best so far. Love it! We usually go Sunday afternoons and there is no waiting time at all.
Delicious!. This new place is in the middle of nowhere but is definitely worth the ride. While they are not the most absolutely bestest burgers ever, they are delicious. So far we have been a few times and we tried the Napa Valley Burger which was juicy and succulent with a creamy goat cheese on top and a Meyer lemon sauce. It was a little tart but creamy. We also tried the Dallas burger this one had very good BBQ sauce and a crunchy fresh slaw on top. Another one was the Buffalo Burger which was nicely spicy. All of our burgers were cooked as we ordered Medium Rare to perfection and that made me happy because most places don't want to do medium rare, and if they actually do it it's pretty much overcooked. My only gripe with the burgers was the quality of the bun. It was just a plain bun with sesame seeds good enough but I expected a fancy roll or bun. It got soggy too quickly. We also had the sweet potato fries very crispy! They came with a horseradish honey mustard which was delicious but I wish it was a little bit thicker. It was too runny to be called a mustard, more like a dressing. But the flavor was good. The onion rings were huge and crispy as well. I tried them with all of the different ketchups and sauces and those were also good. I will be back to try the grilled cheese that I saw some lady eat. It looked great. And maybe to try those milkshakes too.
