Starbucks - Lake Forest

I absolutely love this location! It's conveniently on my way to work, and the staff is always incredibly friendly and efficient. The only downside is that some drivers try to bypass the line and end up blocking those who are trying to exit the parking lot. It's definitely not Starbucks' fault; it's just those careless drivers. Come on, people, let's be better on the road, lol!

Updated review: September 26. 2022 Today I tried opening their front doors at 7:05 pm. Doors were already locked and people inside were already mopping and cleaning up. Store hours clearly say that they are open until 7:30 pm. Drive-thru was still open, but I walked to the Starbucks, didn?t drive. Very disappointed! Honor your working hours!! ???????????????????????? Just another Starbucks!! Nothing really special or above and beyond. Service is good. In this location currently they have the inside seating closed, you can?t even get into the lobby. Just drive-through. Drive-through was quick. They speaker box very legible and not annoying. We tried getting a decaf coffee but it seems like a lot of Starbucks don?t have that readily available. I am assuming not many people ask for it. But they do offer something called Americano Decaf? I am not sure what the difference is better regular decaf and Americano Decaf. But it is what it is. It is still a good coffee though!!

They?re coffee is not consistent. You?ll either get too much syrup or if it?s an ice drink it?ll taste watery.

I absolutely love this Starbucks! The staff is consistently friendly and professional. Today, the drive-thru line extended all the way out onto the street, but they managed to process every order efficiently and get all the customers through quickly. If you find yourself at a Starbucks, definitely give the Irish Cream Cold Brew a try. I like mine shaken, or what they call 'upside-down.' It’s delicious!
