Round Table Pizza - Lake Forest

It might have just been an off day for the staff, but after four years of going to the Lake Forest location, I think I’ll be making the extra trip to the Laguna Niguel location from now on.

The customer service was very disappointing. I called three times: on the first two calls, they hung up on me right after answering, and on the third call, I was put on hold without even a greeting. What is going on with this place? If they don't care about their customers, they should just close their doors!

The lunch buffet was quite disappointing. The staff, while friendly, seemed either understaffed or in need of complete retraining.

I feel weird about this review. Round Table makes a great pizza. However, if you close at 10pm and you stop taking orders at 8:40pm, you really close at 8:40pm. It's confusing when your site, web listings like Google says you're open until 10pm. Yes,you might let people stay to finish their food, but open means open. Closed means closes. If you sell Pizza's and you stopbeginning making Pizza's that you sell at 8:40pm, that means you close at 8:40pm.

Full on salad bar, so glad it's back, fresh pizzas put out for all you can eat buffet $14 per, includes a drink great deal
