Chasin Tail Bbq - Lake Dallas

I ordered something to eat for a family monument of this place over labor day and was not disappointed. found it on google and all major reviews told me that this was the place to use. he has about 10 pounds brisket and 5 pounds and was blown away by the big bbq. both meats were certainly a hit. the Jalapeno sausage was great by itself. ctb had slit it so it made great to serve and it paired beautifully as finger food. the braut was perfect for me. just enough fat to keep it juicy. the season was before place. thanks again chasin tail!

Haven?t ate here for years because I live South of the bridge but it was worth the short drive! Friendly Staff, Good food, good sized portions. I will definitely be eating here more often.

I emailed with Mike a few weeks ago about a large order, for a a lake party I do every year. He was so friendly and helpful via email. The day of, same thing. Also, the restaurant is SO CLEAN!!! like noticeably clean. Loving the vibe here. Support local and go eat! Food is delicious!!!

I have been partaking in the greatness of The Tail now for over five years! I eat there at least twice a week. I can honestly say I have NEVER had a bad experience there. Food is Great and the service and friendliness is best I have ever experienced. I am a BBQ lover and a tater fan. Their brisket is delicious and the ribs are my favorite! Baked potatoes are always a solid choice. As for sides, the green beans and the cabbage are my favorites. Can't say enough good things about The Tail! And the tea is always fresh. This place is one of the few in my opinion that literally checks ALL the boxes even down to the ice machine! They have the soft crushed ice I love! Strongly encourage anyone and everyone to give them a try! If you do, you will be back for sure!

I went after lunch but before dinner so it was slow. Food was amazing and the workers were great. I had pulled pork, brisket, and ribs. Everything was excellent.
