A place an online order today for a 6:00 p.m. pickup. When I realized I was getting off work early I called and asked if it would be okay if my order was to be ready at 5:30 p.m. I was assured that it would be perfectly fine. I arrived at 6:25 to the drive-thru and told them that I was here. They asked me to pull around. I then waited for over 25 minutes for my food to come out, was told that I was early for my pickup. When I explained the situation with the time online for pickup and when I had called and requested a new time the young lady was less than sympathetic. Told me my order was the next in line. Two people were waited on before me and two people behind me before I was served. Not a pleasant experience today.
