Chili’s Grill - Lake City

Food was delicious, Service (by Angelica), was good-she was helpful and knowledgeable...the ambience was comfortable and lively. Prices were affordable...the location is close to popular shopping spots. Recommended.

We were served by a lady with purple hair . . . Never refiled our Salsa, never refiled our drinks, and she brought our sides out 5 minutes after our food.She was more concerned about getting out of there (we arrived at 10pm and ended up leaving at 11pm and they close at midnight) and when I asked for a to go cup for my drink she half heartedly said okay and walked off and started sweeping the floors in an area no one was sitting in.One of the worst servers I've had in a long time I would like my tip money back.

On the norm Chili's is not my 1st choice or even an option. HOWEVER, Food was great! Well cooked and more than enough to have as left overs. When we plan another visit to the area. I will definitely be back.... Didn't dine in. We did take out.

When you sit down and it takes 25 minutes for the waitress to take your drink order and passes by your table and tells you that she will be right with you three times and never stops and to actually take your order. Looks like they don’t have enough servers. Shame on the Manager of this establishment, it’s not the servers fault there is not enough staff. Just took our order, let’s see how long before we get food. It is 1:24p, we sat down at 12:52p. We received our food at 1:45p. Just terrible service all the way around. My bacon chicken quesadillas has only one piece of chicken on each on, what a joke. Horrible food quality.

Exceptional location! Great staff and service! I highly recommend the patio if you enjoy the Florida atmosphere. They have water dishes out for your furry friend. The salmon and shrimp were delicious! Fruity drinks are good too if you're into that sort of thing.Thanks for the great meal. We'll be back!
