Bojangles ' Famous Chicken 'n Biscuits

The sign says come on in dining room is open but the dining room is closed because they 're short staffed. On a road trip with kids, and eating inside is something we were counting on.

Normally this is the best Bojangles but after today I'm never coming back I don't know what is going on with Bojangles but after the service I just received and the so called manager Keisha let the lady at the window talk to me the was she did and refusedto give me a number for the store manager or corporate and my food was ice cold I know Ill not get a response but I'm not goingto be back until I get a apology for the comments that were made and some people lose jobs customer service has never been thatbad. The Keisha lady said and I quote you and your kind can go eat at a white people place because y'all complain all because Iwanted to get hot sauce and she wanted to charge me 1 dollar for a hot sauce packet.

Greeted and ordered, food to go was hot and delicious.

My country and biscuit was great and a very one! I recommend both of these to anyone.

First time eating at a Bojangles. We stopped in for a quick breakfast biscuit and drink. Service places such as a fast food establishment should put people that talk clearly in the positions that have to deal with customers. We had difficulty placing our order due to the lady that was at the counter did not speak clearly. We got thru it. The biscuits were just OK. We were hoping for better due to the ad's we have been seeing but the food was not that.
