Panda Express - Lake Balboa

Second time in this place. Your noodles and rice lack taste and texture

I go to this panda about 5 times a year and every online order was messee on forgotten things or wrong articles. In person, the staff is either great or extremely rude. Beef and broccoli have 2 shredded beef, we have ordered 3 times to exclude a bad chance, but it is 100% failure.

I came when it was slow. And you forgot my Kung Pow on the side for my bigger record. I saw them put it in the box and I thought they put it in the bag, but I came home and nothing was in the bag just my plate and 2 children's dishes. It's frustrating because I'm not close. This is the next Panda for me and I'll call the restaurant 10 times and no one answers your phones.

I have been going to this restaurant for more than three years simply because it is in my neighborhood. However, I am disappointed with the quality of the food for the price we pay. A little more generous portions would go a long way in keeping customers happy and coming back. The lack of customer service at this establishment is also concerning, with the employees appearing rude and untrained. I have decided not to return to this location, as it seems they have a lot to improve on.

Service was not very nice, and the food was much worse. This panda used to be great but now the food taste so off. The portion control is out of hand,onions weren't even cooked, and over all doesn't feel like your eating good real food anymore. This location is just not worth it.
