フィードバックを提供するI wish we had found another place. The professionals: location is ok; Beach access is just a short walk and beach is great. Pool is good. Bad: small space, everything is made of cheap plastic; extremely loud due to the bad construction you can hear any noise from the other rooms and outside. Windows cannot be opened, who builds hotels like this??? Then there was a horde of 100 college kids that only caused a huge jerk terrible. Bistro is like cheap cafeteria food completely forgotten and overpriced. One of the worst aspects of this hotel is that is roughly overpriced $320/night?? Give me a break. A good price would be $120 150. It is enough to say that we will not return.
This website has completely altered our view of Marriott Hotels. Our room had stained carpets, dirty curtains, and a worn-out sofa and chair. We had to request a shower curtain liner because the cotton was laying on the bathroom floor. One night during our 8-day stay, the power went out completely, and the front desk staff couldn't provide any information on when it would be restored. My husband had to go to the central lobby to turn on his breathing treatment. On a positive note, everyone was pleasant and friendly throughout our stay, and the breakfast Bistro avocado toast was delicious.
This hotel is beautiful and conveniently located next to the Polynesian Center, just across the street from the beach. Unfortunately, there is no direct beach access from the hotel. However, it's worth mentioning that there is a McDonald's within walking distance. Overall, it's a great place to stay!
This hotel was indeed clean, well equipped and friendly BUT.... it is a dry hotel. In fact, the whole city of mormon is running and dry, so we had to go to the next city to buy a beer. This did not spoil our visit and we enjoyed our day at the Polynesian Cultural Center next door, but I believe that this fact should be mentioned on their website.
We wanted to explore the North Shore, and this hotel was ideally situated for us. We were able to walk to the Polynesian Cultural Center, and it was a short drive to Kualoa Ranch and Waimea Valley. The staff were friendly, and our room was clean. The hotel also featured a pool and private access to the beach, although you should take caution as there was a steep step down from the path to the beach.
