We love coming here frequently because it's pet-friendly, so you can always expect to see some adorable dogs walking around. It was such a pleasant experience! If you haven't been yet, you should definitely check it out—they host a lot of festivals throughout the year!
This is a lovely place to visit during the holidays. However, parking can be a challenge, and as we were leaving, it was tough to navigate the sidewalks. The shops felt more kitschy compared to my last visit. We decided to eat at Hart's and were fortunate to find a spot at the bar because there was a two-hour wait! The lines were extremely long throughout the village. You definitely need to be patient and enjoy being around people to make your way in and around everything. We drove up to celebrate our first anniversary, which was nice, but I think visiting during the off-season would be more enjoyable.
I always enjoy spending time at Peddler's Village. It’s such a serene and beautiful place. The shops and merchants are fantastic. There are always free activities available for both kids and adults to participate in and enjoy.
Really cool place. I've only been during the holiday season. I hear it's beautiful all year long. Numerous restaurants/dessert places. Cute little shops. Great for families. Great way to start off the Christmas season. Definitely recommend!
An outdoor paradise, reminiscent of New England charm with gobs of good food places, but a bit too many people. The layout is quite unique and something probably built up over time, but the hillside portion can be a bit much for older travelers. Luckily there are benches and wider pathways to accommodate those folks. Some of the paths are a bit narrow, and in a time of maintaining social distancing, it can be a tad awkward. But if you're free-for-all-Harry, you'll have a great time in a mask-free environment that seems to be stocked to the gills rather well this close to Christmas. The bathrooms were a bit unregulated and few. The line for the ladie's room was quite extensive, although port-a-pots in the parking lot was helpful (although, really? . There was a wedding taking place during all of this (yes, about 2,000 people walking around and some stagnating to gawk , but the thing to visit for is the lit pathways and gorgeous trees of various hues aglow with Christmas lights. And THAT is where the 4-stars gets earned. Amazing stuff for small shops and a pure village experience. We'll visit again, although probably not for Christmastime.
