Down The Hatch - Lahaina

Get the lobster grill cheese. It was so good we came back again before we had to go home. We went here before the Maui fires and I hope to make it back again once they rebuild. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30

The dishes here were very creative. I miss this place. So sad that it is now temporarily closed. I hope they are able to open back up soon and wish the best for them. I love the lobster and crab roll. Very cheesy, soft and creamy, everything I wanted after a long hike around the beautiful Maui island. Fish dishes were all fresh and presented beautifully. The line was long but worth it. It did take a bit of time to get our food but service was overall great! I enjoyed sitting outside because they had these cute fish ponds.

We loved Down the Hatch and were so heartbroken they were victims of the fire. We hope they can come back even stronger as we'd love to visit them again one day.

Very good food. The three veggie options are amazing Update: Although I physically havent been to this place since Feb 2019. This place gave me good memories. I pray for the owners and the community in maui.

Best sandwiches I’ve ever had, soo incredibly sad to hear the business was impacted by the recent fires. Praying for them to be back up soon
