フィードバックを提供するThe deli worker, an older white male with an attitude, was deceitful. Despite my repeated requests for a manager to be called, he refused and instead instructed me to go to the register and ask for one myself. Alberto Ramirez, the Assistant Store Manager, initially seemed apologetic and kind. However, his demeanor changed when his deli worker started arguing with me and he ultimately sided with the employee. I pointed out that it was false advertising to have an item listed that was not available, but Alberto shrugged it off, saying it is what it is and to take it up with management. When I noted that he was management, he claimed the deli was not his responsibility and walked away with his hands in his pockets.
We have been shopping at this location for the past 9 years and have always found the staff to be helpful and willing to assist shoppers, especially seniors. There is plenty of handicap parking and easy access for golf cart users. There are benches out front for those waiting for the bus or a ride. We enjoy the bakery and their selection, particularly the cakes. The store is clean, aisles are easy to navigate, and shelves are well stocked. Despite challenges in the supply chain, this store chain is doing their best. We are happy to shop here and appreciate the staff.
What happened to honoring other specials or coupons? Not at this restaurant. I usually enjoy shopping at SB markets, but this particular location is lacking when it comes to customer service. They carry a product one week that sells out quickly, only to never stock it again. It's frustrating. Little Debbie snacks, which are superior to Hostess in taste and price, are no longer available here. It makes me wonder if SB is neglecting customers from lower income households. Totino's pizzas used to be sold for $1-2 each, but now a subpar competitor has taken their place. Why won't they listen to their customers? The store management needs to be replaced with someone who is not afraid to cater to our needs instead of blindly following corporate protocol. Lastly, it's pouring rain outside and there is no awning by the front door. It's almost 6am, time to open the doors.
This has to be the WORST store I have ever been to. The attitude of the cashiers is absolutely unacceptable. AGAIN, I found items in an area where they weren't priced correctly, and I brought it to Ted's attention. He completely belittled me in front of everyone. I will never come back here.
My go to market. Love the staff. Mayra, and Carlos at checkout are always helpful. Chris the bagger makes you feel like he knows you personally. I also love that they have curbside now. It saves me time after work but on weekends I still have to come in to see some of the employees.
