Decent food, reasonable prices, good service. The table needed cleaning, no ambience.
I went to this place on Tuesday to have dinner with a friend. The place recently reopened and unfortunately it was fairly empty at 6:00 pm. There was a party of 8 and myself and my friend. We ordered Mongolian beef and chicken walnut. The food was good and tasted similar to other restaurants. Nothing to write home about. My friend ordered a pinot noir wine. As they say, don't order wine in a Chinese restaurant. My friend's Pinot was hot when it came out. The waiter replaced the wine and it was better. I'm not sure why it was so empty but i think the venue is too large at the moment for the clientele. It seems that the restaurant was recently purchased by a new owner and he didn't know what to do. My recommendation would be to drive by and check it out. If its not busy then pass and go somewhere else.
Staying in the hotel across the street and we were starving when we got into town. First thing is the absolute horrid sewage smell walking up to the restaurant. My wife and I got the beef broccoli and the chicken pad Thai and both of us got sick. I mean throwing up for hours the next day. We talked to our friends who are staying in the same hotel (in town for a wedding) who had the orange chicken and they also got sick! I would steer as far away as possible.
I went there today for the first time for lunch. It was delicious. I had the pot stickers for appetizer. Very light and not oily. I shared the chicken chop suey and beef chow mein. The chop suey was my fav, but both were very good. The lunch comes with an egg roll, soup, and your choice of rice including fried with your entree. Excellent service and atmosphere.
