19 Lounge - Laguna Woods

The food at this restaurant is excellent, and the view of the golf course and mountains is spectacular. However, the service is poor. I am giving it a three-star rating because some servers are friendly and hardworking, but others are lazy and unresponsive. This seems to be a common issue at this restaurant and they need to address it.

The restaurant at Laguna Woods has a stunning terrace with a view of the golf course. It is exclusive to residents only. The food, including sandwiches and salads, is delicious and tastes homemade. The service is friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a pleasant and enjoyable experience worth trying.

Always a pleasure coming here, since I have friends that live in Laguna Woods that are avid golfers, they enjoy coming to the club house/Restaurant 19 to enjoy a meal. Some of my favorite menu items include; 1. Fish and Chips 2. Tuna Melt 3. Burger 4. Buffalo wings 5. Pizza

This place, once promising is now disgusting. Unclean glasses. Food served cold. Staleness. On Saturday I ordered tomato bisque soup, hamburger and southwest salad. All disappointed me. Soup had a shell of a shrimp in it. Tasted like mushroom soup. Hamburger was cold. French fries were stale. Service slow. I strongly recommend against this place. Save your money. It’s disappointing and disgusting.

I Was there for Mother's Day with my wife and her family 10 of us it's nice to sit out on the patio there was a preset menu because of the holiday no breakfast items only lunch and dinner items but yet they open at 11:00 a.m. the food was good everyone seemed to be pleased with what they ordered my issue is my wife had to wait for her plate 25 minutes after we all had our food in front of us with no explanation no sorry no hey Will comp this meal we were all done eating by the time she got her plate I don't we had to ask multiple times if we could get another drink water and because we were a party of 10 they automatically tacked on 20% for tip which I don't think was appropriate but I guess it's a common practice with that large of a group I don't feel that we got service that was worth $95 at all
