A couple of years ago, my aunt married an amazing old high school sweetheart. They got married in their backyard and Keith catered their small event. It was a relaxed affair with maybe 40-50 people. But what was amazing was Keith's food. Everyone to this day continues to talk about how good the food was. Ask yourself.. how many weddings have you been to that you actually thought the food was good? Usually it is adequate, nothing to phone home about. But his food.. YES.. ABSOLUTELY!! It was so good that now that I am getting married, he will be catering my event in August. He totally understood what I wanted and what he is going to provide sounds amazing. I will post another review once my event is done with pictures. But for now, you can't go wrong with Haute Productions!

I had a last minute catering cancelation with my guest number of 200. I was referred by a friend to Haute productions. They arrived and served buffet style at my event and did an impeccable job. Food was excellent and my guests were happy. 10 out of 10 would recommend and use again.

After reading through these reviews and speaking with Calen, I decided to pull the trigger and order catering for my sisters baby shower through Kieth and Haute Productions. To say things went flawlessly would be an understatement the food-was exquisite and I am more than satisfied with his services and his teams. If I ever need to order catering it will be done through them.

Do yourself a favor and find another catering company for whatever your needs are unless you like the feeling of disappointment and embarrassment. We hired Keith to cater our wedding for 286 people and it was a huge disaster. He shorted us on food by 100 people and then had the audacity to take us to small claims court for the gratuity that he believed he was owed. In the end, the judge sided with us given that he did not fulfill his contract. During the small claims hearing, he came with nothing but lies that I had to correct him on, in which he then agreed. He told the judge the food shortage was due to guests over serving themselves which wasn't the case because he served the food in one line and his staff did in the other. When I mentioned that to the judge, he agreed that him and his staff served the portions. Money aside, the food was nothing like what we tasted during the tasting at his kitchen. Also- his workspace is extremely unsanitary and so is his presence. I didn't know this when I booked him but found out later when it was too late to change caterers. His fingernails were filthy. I would have been better off ordering food from Denny's to serve my guests.
