Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

The personal was nice, professional, wore masks, and eating was absolutely delicious!

I arrived at the restaurant at 9:45 and found a long line, but I decided to wait. When I got to the cashier, I was told that they were closed. I explained that I had been in line before closing time, but all I received in response was "we closed." I asked to speak to the manager and explained the situation to her, but she also just said, "We have closed." I reiterated that I had been in line at 9:45 and had waited, to which she then replied, "Well, then we are out of food." I was disappointed and shocked by the lack of customer service and disregard for the inconvenience caused at this establishment.

The food was hot and delicious. However, the salad did not look or taste very fresh. I would go back, but I will probably opt to get my salad from somewhere else.

The manager provided extremely poor customer service and was very rude. If they dislike serving customers, they should find another job. I will never dine at this restaurant again and do not recommend this location. They can't even get the orders right and instead of holding back, they will throw perfectly good chicken fingers in your face.
