Lylene's - Lago Vista

Very disappointed. We were greeted fairly fast but was met with one of the rudest servers I have ever had, after taking our order she disappeared never to come back. After waiting over an hour on our food 2 cheeseburgers and a fried catfish plate we decided to leave

Nice restaurant on the island. Great staff. Limited menu but good food. One of the better places in Lago Vista.

Charming atmosphere with one hell of a view. The food exhibits simplicity and boldness; hand cut fries—cooked to perfection, hearty smash burgers—American AF!

Brunch at Lylenes ! We had tried this place before it became Lylenes and we're not very impressed, it was dirty out on the patio and the food was below par Unfortunately , it has not changed.... We ordered their Breakfast sandwich, Bacon and eggs and Shrimp grits... the shrimp grits were a oily mess and got sent back .. reordered another Breakfast sandwich and the sausage was burnt to black.... The potatoes were cubed and deep fried into hard little nuggets that jumped all over your plate because even a fork had a hard time grabbing them, the tomatoes that came with the meal were under ripe... I understand that the owners are the same folks that had another restaurant in the area that had mediocre food and went out of business . I was told this place had changed and was good... that was BS .... And the patio is still a unsanitary mess. Very sad , this location could be a real go getter if it was a real restaurant. All this for Close to a $50 bill.

Fantastic meal, ingredients, staff and service. The view at sunset was the cherry on top. The entire staff is on point and very attentive. We look forward to future meals here.
