Meche's Donut King - Lafayette

I live within walking distance of the other Rickey Meche's, but I drive across town to this location because they put more cheese and jalapeños in their kolaches, and they aren't overboiled like the others. That's what sets them apart! Plus, they actually have a selection available before 9 AM!

The pastries are fantastic! The King Cakes are amazing, and the people in town are friendly at all hours! I'm a big fan of Ricky Meche!!!

I picked up a delicious cream cheese king cake that has an abundance of filling! I also have a blueberry and cream cheese one to enjoy tonight! Can’t wait!

My favorite is her chocolate cake doughnut, but her regular glazed is also GREAT!
