Culver’s - Lafayette

Culver 's, as a chain, is pricey for what you get, doesn 't pay their staff well, so they tend to have high turnover, and seems to be needlessly busy with a half-empty dining room. THIS Culver 's is the absolute worst I 've ever experienced. They have gotten my, very simple, dessert order wrong the last three times I dared to stop. It 's unreal... they correct the order after having to go back inside, but it doesn 't correct the actual problem. Performance is a reflection of leadership. The leaders here are failing.

Four mistakes with our order. Contacted corporate office, no response!3 weeks later and still no response to my email to corporate, very disappointed in Culver’s!!!!

The crispy chicken sandwich here is really good. Plus I really love the Root beer and the fries.
