Arby's - Lafayette

If you order a beef and cheddar, check to be sure they've put the cheddar on the sandwich before you drive off. It's happened to me more than once at this location.

You double charged my door dash order and gave my wife roast beef instead of turkey on a turkey and Swiss sandwich. Can't put and horsey sauce or even napkins in the bag. Market fresh sandwiches are supposed to be bagged separately because they get hot.I guess they weren't worried since it was hot roast beef instead of turkey.

The food is fantastic—always fresh! The staff is friendly and welcoming too. Overall, it's far better than most fast food restaurants in Lafayette.

Everything was pretty great! My only complaint is that they forgot to include my Arby's sauce with my roast beef and cheddar. Other than that, the food was hot and the service was excellent!

I couldn't even get service because the hours listed online are three and a half hours later than what the closest store shows. This really reflects how little they care about their customers.
