This restaurant features a spacious, clean, and well-ventilated environment. The staff members are friendly and efficient, providing great service. The restrooms are also clean and, thankfully, don't require a code to access—something that's increasingly hard to find! I ordered takeout, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. In terms of cost, it’s quite affordable, ranging from $1 to $10 per person. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all a perfect 5 out of 5.

On the positive side, this store opens earlier than any other in the area, which is great for early risers like myself. However, during my visit on June 8th at around 4:50 AM, one of the staff members did not seem ready for the day. She missed my order twice, attributing it to her earpiece, struggled to scan my app, blaming the scanner, and ultimately gave me the wrong item, which forced me to return for a correction. It felt like either it was too early for her to be working or her mind was elsewhere, as her mistakes reflected poorly on Starbucks' service standards. To be fair, she and her coworker did apologize quickly. I hope that on my next visit, I'll encounter a more attentive and customer-focused employee. It seems management might need to improve staff training and support.

I don’t understand why you post business hours if you’re not going to stick to them. If you’re planning to close 10 minutes early—40 minutes before the posted time—you should definitely notify customers before they order a drink and sit down with their newspaper. Waiting 45 minutes for a drink, only to receive it just 2 minutes before closing, is incredibly frustrating. It would be best to close this location!
