フィードバックを提供するNO MASKS worn by employees. We ordered through the app for pickup and drove over. It took 45 minutes for the order to be completed (3 sandwiches). What was most disappointing however is that not a single mask was being worn by employees. These are mostly cold ingredients that are not cooked and employees are over the open containers while preparing the food. It would be nice to see this restaurant show concern for their patrons and do the very minimum to protect our health. It?s a global pandemic, please wear a mask.
Great first experience with the Ladera Ranch Jersey Mikes! The staff went out of their way to fill our order, even though they had just closed. Great food and service. Thank you!
Had to cancel my order when I walked in and saw not a single employee wearing a mask while preparing food. Inconsiderate of customers and the fact that a pandemic still exists.
I was contacted back on my regarding my order from Jersey Mike's in Ladera. They made everything right and I will be picking up my order tomorrow. Now that is Excellent Customer Service ???????????? Ordered online for tomorrow Sunday. Realized it was scheduled for pick up today in 40 minutes. Tried calling the location.. rang for ever then went to a busy signal. Tried calling back for 30 minutes but each time went directly to busy. Such bad customer service. I did not pick up my order. Will contact corporate to see if I can get a refund on my order.
We are thankful to have a JMs a short walk from home. Excellent customer service and the store is always clean.
