Subway - Laconia

I have visited this restaurant twice and both times my orders were incorrect. The manager gave me attitude when I asked for a sandwich remake due to my allergies. Typically, I enjoy eating at Subway, but not at this particular location.

This particular location is a prime example of the decline of Subway. Despite the friendly sandwich maker, my experience was soured when they refused to honor a Subway coupon at checkout. I was disappointed that not all locations adhere to the same standards. To make matters worse, my sandwich was soggy and fell apart on the way home. I am now hesitant to return to Subway due to their declining quality, high prices, and inconsistent standards across locations. It is unfortunate that this location has also messed up multiple orders in the past. I had hoped to give them another chance by ordering in person, but it was a mistake.

Always a good time just ordering. Friendly and outgoing young ladies. The Subs are delicious every time. No complaints ever.

Two people on during lunch meant waiting 15 minutes to order and get food. Five people came in and left while I waited in line. Food is good because they use good ingredients. They need to pick up the pace.
