Eatalya - Lachute

I was quite disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The service was very poor, despite the friendly demeanor of the staff. The food was quite ordinary as well. We arrived at 6:30 p.m., but the slow service meant we had our first main dish at 8:45 p.m., and they were served one at a time. By the time the last person received their dish, two others had already finished theirs. If you want to ruin your evening, this is the perfect place to go. I won’t be coming back, and there’s no need to respond with apologies; we heard enough of that throughout the evening. It took me 24 hours to calm down before I could even express my frustrations.

We dined in for dinner and found the experience quite enjoyable. The meal was priced reasonably at around CA$60–70 per person. The food was exceptional, earning a solid 5 out of 5 for its quality and flavor. The service was also commendable, receiving a 4 out of 5, as the staff was attentive and friendly. The atmosphere of the restaurant was inviting, with a cozy ambiance that also garnered a rating of 4 out of 5. Overall, it was a lovely dining experience that I would recommend to others.
