フィードバックを提供するThere was garbage on the floor on our stand that was passed by everyone and it was still there when we were gone. My wife ordered the Broccoli-Fondue dimmer. The cheese was served by itself beautiful and hot, almost 15 minutes before the rest of the order so that it had cooled too much to enjoy. The server took the cheese back to the kitchen for a new portion, but lasted until the broccoli was cold at that time. So we waited a lot while they tried to be organized. Well, I just ordered a salad to avoid losing heat. Our waitress was on the job for less than a week, it was the kitchen ward staff that brought our dishes. Also not impressed by the supervision. He felt the need to boast our waitress in public while standing at our booth. This device needs more training that should begin at the top first. For the owner: We have read enough of your agreed answers to satisfied customers' only fix your problems.
Both plasters on our burgers were burned. My girlfriend got a chicken patty and it tasted like it was on a grill for 3 hours. We also got a root beer float and it was literally 3/4 foam
Food was fine, but for the price Carls Jr. hits here. I would like to comment on the service, but your server must show up until even poor service is received. Never became fry or drink refill, long waiting period between placing drinks and food orders, although we sat long enough to decide what to eat before he ever showed. Server definitely seemed to have time to talk to guests at other tables for a longer time, would have been nice for him to share this time for us to get a single beverage refill. We spent more time than food. Seriously, for the price, quality and service, go to Stack 571 in the shopping center, Carl's Jr., or Five Guys .
Ordered pickup on the app. RR Gourmet Cheeseburger bacon the new Savory Steakhouse Burger a tower of onion rings as I spend a reward to save $40 $10. Basically the onion rings have free! The food was ready as promised, but my burger was Luke warm. Since Kovid we usually meet to go and then eat in the parking area around the corner so that the food should have been hot.
Updating my review for this Red Robin. Came today 5/7/22 and it was so much better than the last time we came here during the pandemic. It is wonderful to see them back to the restaurant we love. We arrived at the end of lunch rush, 2 large groups in front of us and asked to be seated in the bar, which they were able to do righr away. The bartender, Devon, was super busy tending the whole restaurant but attended to us quickly. Our food came out fast and it was just like we remember. So glad we don't have to give up our addiction to fire sauce.
