フィードバックを提供するI've been working on the same street for about four years and usually stop by this Arby's for lunch twice a week. The restaurant is always clean, and my orders are consistently accurate. The food is what you would expect from a fast-food place, and I always receive it quickly. Overall, I've never had any major complaints.
I wanted to order turkey, but they were out, so I opted for the chicken strips instead. They were decent, though I’ve had better. The customer service was excellent; the staff member was very friendly and ensured that I received fresh food. I have to say, their turkey sandwich is fantastic, though I’ll have to wait until it's available again to enjoy it!
The service was acceptable, but I was disappointed with the cold au jus sauce that accompanied the French dip. It felt like a waste of money. I wish they had been upfront and admitted they didn't have any prepared; who really wants to eat cold meat sauce?
I truly love Arby's, no matter what. However, this particular visit was exceptional. My partner was in a bit of a strange mood, but the girl who handed us our food was so polite that once we got in the car, he remarked how amazing she was and said it actually lifted his spirits for the day. The Reuben was fantastic, just like it always is. I decided to try a side salad for the first time, and it turned out to be delicious as well! We also ordered the classic Beef ‘n Cheddar and a turkey sandwich, both of which were perfectly made!
It seemed like the staff was a bit short-handed during our visit. We waited around 25 minutes in the drive-thru, even though there were only two cars ahead of us. I won't be too critical, as they did apologize for the delay, and the woman who assisted us was friendly. The food quality wasn't exceptional, but I realize they were probably trying to serve us as quickly as possible.
