Ihop - La Quinta

We returned the plate to show the manager, but she stood firm that we had to pay for additional gravy! We would have been happy to do so, but it was frustrating to wait over five minutes for this response while our food got cold. Unfortunately, due to this experience, we have decided that we’ll never come back. Just to clarify, this was entirely due to the manager's decision! Our servers truly were amazing, though! - Nov. 5, 2022.

The chicken fried steak was just okay. I wouldn’t recommend it unless you really enjoy sausage gravy; there was only a small amount on top, and I had to ask for extra gravy, which came with an additional charge. The hash browns were cooked too thoroughly, making them hard to eat. My mom ordered the crepes and said they were delicious, though.

I accidentally gave this restaurant 5 stars. While the service deserves a top rating, the food did not live up to expectations. The prices have gone up while the portion sizes have shrunk. The hashbrowns were surprisingly small—just two bites! And since when are potatoes considered a bread option? I won’t be coming back.

The WORST I Hop I have ever been in and we have traveled coast to coast. Our pancakes literally fell apart, asked for eggs over easy and there was not a spot on the eggs that wasn't hard. Told waitress she talked to manager and were told they don'tknow what's wrong. So for $23.00 we had 1/4 eaten breakfast and no reason why or any type of compensation or apology, trulysurprising. We could always depend on good food and service from IHOP but not here

This is a good breakfast spot. The wife and I have breakfast here when we have a day off together. I enjoy the steak tips and eggs here good food. I only gave it 4 stars instead of 5 stars because they seem to have cut down the portion of hashbrowns thatis served.
