フィードバックを提供するHad my worst experience here today. The order was 20 years old. Get 2 emails saying that my order was ready for pickup. When I was asked for my order, I was answered, I don't know. The girl who works in front. I asked to speak to the manager twice and was ignored. Girl took another order. I'm waiting in the line and when I came forward. I asked to talk to the manager twice. Young child with black hair and black apron came up and said he was the manager. She saw more like the cook. I asked about my order and child answered that they missed my order, but they are working on it now. He offered me a free pizza I refused. Waiting 25 minutes passed my online lifetime to get my order. I was home and saw that the pizza was cooked.
This location has been under cooking my pizzas for a while now. A month a go a they messed an order that I asked to be cooked well done but the pizza came falling apart and like always undercooked. The lead said he would replace the order whenever I ask for it. Well a month has passed and I asked for the replacement order today and once again even after a second time of me telling them to make it well done I get a real a shameful uncooked pizza. How do you screw it up twice???
Clean store that should remove the sun shades from its front windows to be a more inviting business but otherwise, fast efficient service. Food was excellent.
The food was great and the service was nice and quick. The Inside looks too have just gotten redone very clean looking. You can even order ahead on the app and the pizza will be read when you arrive.
They were awesome. Their was a miss communication with my order and they were so nice to fix it for us. Not only that, the extra Pizza they made was going to be trashed so rather then waste it they gave us those as well. So awesome. Thank you die making our night.
