It was my first time going there. I noticed the name change from El. Cortez two ,Rincon I never stop by or gone inside, but this time it looked authentic and usually small family owned. Restaurants are very good, my overview of the food. Was that the service and atmosphere. We're very good. I had the beef stew. It was okay. They served. Fideo, For a starter, that was excellent. I ordered a plate of a chile Relleno and a taco. It's the worst chili I've ever seen because I couldn't eat it because the cheese was so hard. I'm not coming back here.
