Galazio - La Plata

Last night, my husband and I had dinner here. Our waiter, Ricardo, was very friendly and helpful, and we recognized him from the menu. We loved the pizza and the gyro plate. I highly recommend this restaurant!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Galazio! The Greek salad was incredible, and I loved that I could enjoy it on Half-Price Wine Bottle Wednesday. This has become my new go-to spot for excellent Greek cuisine in Southern Maryland. The terrace was lovely, and the staff was attentive, helpful, and professional. Thank you for a wonderful lunch!

My husband and I dined there last night and I was absolutely impressed by the experience. Our waiter, Kevin, was attentive and personable, the atmosphere was fantastic, and the drink selection was outstanding (I'm a bit of a beer enthusiast). The food was nothing short of divine! We started with the grilled octopus as an appetizer, my husband had the surf and turf, and I enjoyed the gyro meat plate. Just one word to describe it—wow! Every dish was cooked and seasoned to perfection. For dessert, we indulged in baklava and the most incredible Galaktoboureko; it's so delightful that I would want to have it every day for the rest of my life. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. We spent about 90 minutes there, so it’s not a quick visit, but every single moment was well worth it. Absolutely delicious!

I love this restaurant. The atmosphere is great. Caesar salad is great. Hidden jewel is the pizza. I had pizza in many places around dc. Galazios is at the top of the list. My favorite restaurant. Service is also great. Thank you.

Superb menu and very tasty cuisine, but more importantly, EXCELLENT service that is consistent. You will feel like family at this place. Casual enough to eat there everyday, and perfect for a special occasion. I highly recommend Galazio 's!
