We are sad to see this place change over. Love the happy hour and hope the new establishment has the same great happy hour.

We always have the best time at Bo Beau. So sad to see it go!

Thanksgiving dinner on this occasion where the meal is themed around turkey the turkey was dry, very little gravy, very little cranberry, the mashed potatoes were dry and the broccoli was undercooked so that I couldn’t cut through the stem with my knife. I wasn’t honest with the waiter, didn’t feel like complaining all the other entrees were delicious, the steak, seafood were very good! We ordered additional herbal stuffing, they brought out potatoes instead and when we reminded that we ordered stuffing they said they were out. They said the potatoes wouldn’t be charged for. The squash soup was described as made with spicy pumpkin seeds no hint of that, the flavor was rather bland and uninteresting. The salad was great. The service was exceptional, our waiter was 100% attentive and fresh water regularly. The outdoor ambiance was very good: attractive and quiet. The washrooms were all full, staff showed us a second set and they were just as bad the 12 15minute wait was very disappointing especially because the fellow who came out of the one I used was staff. Overall I’d recommend to others, the high quality of the majority of the entrees is the main reason I’d return. Thank you for an enjoyable evening

Based on the reviews, we went to this restaurant with high hopes. I also like to support small and local restaurants; so we were excited about this too. Unfortunately, we had extremely poor service and our meal was below average. Our soup came over 30 minutes after we ordered it and was served cool not warm or hot. We also had to request spoons for our soup as the staff wasn 't able to figure out this need on their own. Our main courses came at 65 minutes after we ordered them and were warm, not hot, and dry. My wine glass sat on the table EMPTY for 48 minutes before one of the managers finally noticed and asked if I 'd like a refill. When the desserts finally came, we were looking forward to their special apple pie, but it was served dry and cold with ice cream on the side; the least they could have done was put it in a microwave first. As we waited and grumbled, we also noticed that other tables were equally as frustrated. The only shining spot in our experience is that one of the managers showed great concern for our issues and did her best to try and improve our experience, at the end; but unfortunately it was too late. I 'm not sure if this restaurant was simply having a bad night or needs to retrain (or dismiss) its staff. But we won 't be returning and we 'll be telling our friends about this experience.
