Le Byblos Louviere - La Louviere

My first experience at this restaurant with a group of 4 this week. I am giving it 4 stars, which is a good start considering it just recently opened. The staff is nice and discreet, which is a positive point. The restaurant's decoration is very good. As for the dishes, the taste and flavor are there, but some of the options seem a bit limited. The presentation of the dishes is irregular, which is a shame because some are excellent while others fall short. The risotto could be creamier in my opinion. The prices for certain wines and appetizers are a bit high, such as the Prosecco at €30 per bottle. Overall, with some improvements, this restaurant has the potential to be great. The flavors and tastes are there, they just need to work on consistency. Lastly, it would be nice to have a small menu featuring the cheeses, possibly from the region.

I recently discovered this restaurant and was pleasantly surprised by the delicious food and reasonable prices. It was definitely worth the visit!

A fantastic new addition to La Louvière. From the moment you walk in, you are transported into the magical atmosphere of the place. The decor is simply enchanting, making you feel comfortable right away. The staff is attentive, friendly, and eager to please. They take the time to chat with you, adding to the overall pleasant experience. The cuisine is both tasteful and refined, with the chef showcasing their creativity in seeking out the best flavors for your taste buds. Additionally, they prioritize using ingredients from local producers, which is a wonderful touch. We had a wonderful evening and will definitely be returning.
