I enjoyed an excellent selection of wine and a delightful festive charcuterie! The concept is truly impressive, and I will certainly return and consider joining the membership option.

We were highly impressed with the quality of the wines, especially considering that this is a wine bar that produces its wines in a brewery-style setting. We tried one of each of their offerings. The customer service was excellent—everyone was friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable.

The staff is incredibly knowledgeable about both wine and food, and they are attentive and friendly. Every pairing they suggested was spot on. For example, during my visit yesterday, I experienced extraordinary combinations where each pairing enhanced the other. I enjoyed slivers of Gorgonzola, pear quiche with cold penne lightly dressed in lime and cilantro EVO, a spinach salad with their 2015 Stuart Sauvignon Blanc, and bacon-packed dates with feta and olives paired with their 2014 Petite Verdot.
