Tomorrow is Iced Tea Day! What’s going on??? Summer, noodles, and ICED TEA!!!

I generally love Noodles Co, but this location has a poor reputation. Sometimes the food is decent, but other times it's not good at all. Today, my tofu was gray, slimy, and had a stale taste. The other ingredients also appeared and tasted like they had been sitting in water at the bottom of their bins. Every time I visit, I notice the manager being harsh towards the staff, which might explain why there are so many mistakes being made.

Came in twice this week first time two days ago and then today 10/24/22 after being accused by the drag queen manager the first visit there for leaving bad reviews. Here is my bad review. I took a video of what looks like a cockroach leaving the kitchenfocus on your kitchen, so that the person you were accusing us of being can stop leaving bad reviews. I?ve loved this place forthe past 13 years that I?ve came and that Manager makes me not want to come anymore.

The restaurant was nice, but it was filled with a lot of teenagers. If you're looking for some peace and quiet during lunch, I would recommend going somewhere else.

The food at this location is consistently good, but during my last visit, my eggs were prepared in a strange way—almost scrambled, but not quite. They were still delicious, though, so just a minor critique. On another note, the entrance door really needs a good cleaning; it has a lot of fingerprints and sticky residue on it. Overall, I really love this place; it’s one of my favorites! Keep up the great work. I understand that working in fast food is challenging, and I truly appreciate all the staff's service.
