Momiji Sushi Teriyaki - La Grande

We really enjoy the food and the server was nice, but the experience today was terrible. First, the floors are so sticky because they are dirty. My shoes stuck to the floor from the front door to every centimeter floor I went. Although our server was nice, he had no training. My better half ordered a starter, but with him no drinks, plates or napkins came... just the app. We had to ask twice for water, plates, cutlery, napkins, wasabi. While waiting for him to eat something, not wash his hands and serve customers again. The lady chef was on her phone in the kitchen and as unpacked food from some varieties and not wash her hands. The amount of germs on cell phones is wrong.... I also had to use the ipad server to run my card and had to wash my hands. FILTHY. It had sticky things on the surface that the server had washed hours ago. It was obviously a while since the last Wiping. Although we were frustrated with such healthy actions that were destroyed by the dirtyest soil, we wanted to wait for our dinner decisions. The food was fantastic (although a few rolls fell apart) and we're glad we waited it out. I won't stay next time if you can't learn basic health codes.

Great sushi, not so great service. Ordered a roll, the chefs stood there for at least 20 minutes talking even after I asked again. The waitress chewed them out and I finally got my food.

The staff here are very friendly, and the food is great. I tried the Salem and Godzilla rolls, and they were quite large—definitely enough for a satisfying meal.

The staff was extremely polite and positive. I had a wonderful time with my church family, and they consistently refilled our drinks and provided napkins for both groups. They were also very helpful, especially when I forgot to mention what I was eating. Overall, it’s a lovely place!

Momiji's is amazing! They serve the best sushi I have ever tasted, and their boba tea is fantastic too!
