I usually enjoy my experience, but after being pulled ahead and waiting SIXTEEN minutes in the drive thru for fries, I went inside and got them. Front worker very sweet, drive thru worker.. do better. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered a baked potato and a frosty. The frosty was about 30% liquid when I got it. The baked potato I saw when I got home a few minutes later was all browned up inside from sitting for many hours waiting for purchase. It wasn't edible at all. I know, I tried. They literally got everything in our order wrong. And the girl at the drive thru window kept her back turned to the window the entire time talking. We ordered 2 large sweet teas and a bottle water. They handed out 2 medium teas. So I told her and she looked at the receipt said these are supposed to be large as she handed them to another girl. Then hands out as large sweet tea and large Dr. Pepper so I had to tell her again 2 Large sweet teas. Then we had ordered 1 ghost pepper saucy nuggets and 2 spicy nuggets. We wound up with 1 spicy nuggets and 2 plain nuggets and my husband went back inside for straws because we weren't able to tell her at the window because she immediately turned her back again and stayed that way. The time before this when we were only ordering the berry frosty's all three were just pure liquid no consistency.

I went in to order food and there was a line workers on the phone some were eating and drinking frosting. I ordered 2 baconators a frosty and large fry. When I got home and opened the bag to my surprise what I got was a handful of fries aburnt chicken sandwich with a leaf of lettuce some burnt nuggets and a kids cheeseburger. All was feed to my dogs.what a shame and waste of money.
