Mcdonald's - La Crosse

My little sister works here, so I visit frequently. I'm known for being brutally honest in my food reviews. My reasoning is that it's easy to provide constructive feedback, and I know from experience as a restaurant manager for years that it's important for improvement. I’ve only had one negative experience: my order was delivered correctly, on time, and with great service, but the fries were soggy and not salty enough. Overall, the young staff do a fantastic job!

The experience was absolutely incredible! The customer service was outstanding. The person who took my order, Board, was fantastic and had a great sense of humor. Thank you for making my McDonald's visit truly enjoyable; it was amazing!

I placed my order through the app and picked it up at the kiosk. The service was incredibly fast. My order was correct, hot, and delicious.

This is probably my favorite macDonald's, especially because of the people who work there. they are always friendly and they can say it because they enjoy their job, which makes me that management really cares the employees. that eating is really fresh in the regular and I never had them screwing my order.

We had a really great experience here at the George Street La Crosse McDonald's! The people were super friendly and they checked our order. Another man came and checked just to make sure we got our coke too. It was clean and the service was great! Thank you!!
