Table right away, no one to greet or sign to tell you that you can seat yourselves. Instead they look at you like you're doing something wrong. Got table right away, 30+ minute wait until order taken. Another 45 minutes to get food. Waiter took no notes, got 3 of the 4 orders wrong. Got cheese curd appetizer to share, mixed them in with my wings so they can't be shared. Only soggy and full of wing sauce. Waiter was nice, probably over whelmed (place only half full). No refills or check ups. All workers standing around talking to their friends doing trivia or gossiping about the girl who messed up the national anthem loud enough for everyone who needs something to hear. Now been done eating and waiting for another 20+ minutes for my bills while writing this and listening to the table next to me complain about the exact same experience.

They ALWAYS have great service, great food and the drinks are always ice cold. Best cheese curds in La Crosse. I love the burgers, the wings and the fish fry’s. Definitely a spot to check out if you’re near UWL campus!

I ordered a 4 piece chicken strips with ranch and fries. I received 2 chicken strips no ranch and not even a handful of fries. I've been trying to call you and you are open but no one is answering your phone.

Waitress dumped order of cheese curds on us and did nothing about it. Ranch and marinara everywhere. Had to ask her to remove them from the bill because they were inedible. Then made a snotty comment about it.
