It begins with the decor: a building of old stones laid in front of a unique and protected spectacle of a pine forest that flows into the Mediterranean. then the perfect, warm, relaxed, delicate welcome and service with a team that takes an obvious and sincere pleasure in sharing the talent of the chef with his guests: the smiles are communicative, fresh, true. all in a complicity dyed with humour points like this house: fair and fine. probably the fact that this table is held by the chef and his wife, in the room, counts for many in this impeccablely settled atmosphere. Then come the plates. superb, subtlely erected paintings that flatten the gaze first.
