Club Pilates - La Cañada Flintridge

The bad ratings are so upsetting! This place is amazing and has changed my life! The instructors are all amazing and this spot is women owned! My favorite instructors are Davida, Valerie, Alison and AJ! Sure Pilates is expensive but the monthly option makes it much more doable. People are complaining about billing errors etc they always work with you and I’d imagine it’s difficult w so many people canceling last minute. Thank you club Pilates La Cañada for ample parking amazing classes and my sexy strong bod!!

Exceptional pilates workouts. Their billing practices is a bit wonky BUT once I discussed the cadence and missed classes. They worked with me to adjust my billing the the first of the month so I can better track my 4 classes per month. Which was my issue not theirs. I enjoyed all of my sessions and have found them effective.

I love this studio! Great instructors and beautiful facility. And lovely greetings when you walk in the door.

Very unprofessional management team (instructors NOT included). The company cancellation policy published online directly contradicts what members inevitably sign. Brought this up to the general manager and--shockingly--got ignored. Contractual terms must be in alignment with one another; otherwise, the contract is unenforceable.

This establishment is ripping off its members. They charged me over 200 of cancellation fees even though I had a membership for unlimited classes. The cost is 240 for unlimited classes. They still charge 10 for cancellation. They have a policy if you cancel after the 12-hour mark, they charge even though you already paid for that class. They say if you call and cancel, they won't charge you, but they will charge you if you do it on the app. Their classes are always full, so you have to sign up a week before to get a spot, so you can't get the classes on the spot to not be charged for cancellation. They have horrible customer service. The manager doesn't call back when you have concerns. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!
