Nony's - Kyoto

Awesome cocktail bar. Nony is named after their 10-year-old daughter. So kind and friendly are they. Must try home-made recipes, u won’t regret! 100% Recommendation *They dress like laboratory guy lol

If I could give 10 stars I would! Not only were the drinks unique and delicious but the bar tender was incredible. His wife and daughter were there as well and were super friendly. He was funny, spoke enough English to understand each other, and was basically a mad scientist. You tell him the drink and base flavor you want and he creates the rest...including using liquid nitrogen in some of his drinks which resulted in basically a spiked dessert rather than a drink. The night also included complementary smoked cheese and sausage as well as Japanese chocolates. If you’re in Kyoto, even for just the day, you should definitely swing by Nony’s!

A simple five! Amazing hosts, beautiful ideas for cocktails with a lot of taste. Talking English is not her strongest good, but it won't stop her from communicating with you in any way! You should definitely visit it!

All the reviews are true. The nicest bartender with the most creative cocktails. It’s not just gin and tonic, it’s Campari caviar gin and tonic. And the nitrogen cocktails are awesome...
