Starbucks - Kyle

This place is the worst. If I could give no stars, I would. They don't care about the customer standing right in front of them.

The fact that I’m a daily customer me and my wife Esmeralda come here everyday and to have this lady be rude to us and ignore the fact that we had placed an order via mobile and still ignored my wife and myself. After my wife mentioned that she was waiting for already 30 min the lady which we did not get her name still ignored our ticket and proceeded to make everyone else’s order. A gentleman who was moping the floor was called over to make my order. The drive through was not full nor the lobby all she had was about 3 orders in which she took care of the walk in customers first then our mobile order. Here is the picture of this rude lady. We have never had a problem with this location at all as the manager knows my wife because she’s a daily customer.

They have 6 sexuality rainbow flags taking up all the glass windows, can you tell me what the need for this is? It gets more ridiculous by the day, can we just go get a coffee without having the alphabet agenda thrown down our throat? We’re so tired of this

I came in to get a decaf coffee. IT WAS NOT DECAF!! I’ve been shaking since I got home.
