Starbucks - Kyle

This is my Starbucks! If you come here often and get to know the baristas, they will treat you like family. There are several ?regulars? here who are super friendly and fun to visit with. I?ve even seen one get a free drink just because they come here all the time. ???? The quality is the same as any other Starbucks. It?s the staff and atmosphere that makes it worth coming to. Important there is no drive thru. Also, don?t come at closing time because they will not open the door once it?s locked. (Some customers don?t understand that baristas, too, have a life).

Very busy at 3:15 pm when I stopped in. Ordered the seasonal Juniper Latte. Came out quickly despite the crowd inside. I tried to use an offer that would give me a drink for $3 after 3 pm from the phone app. They could not get it to work so they gave me the drink for free!!! Excellent customer service. Instead of disappointing a customer when the app did not work, I walked away happy. Great job Starbucks! I like this store, glad it is close by.

They have a cute blessings wall. Love the concept of helping the community but not sure about sanitary items. Idk. Lol drink was delicious but I really don't like the paper straws they are so gross after a few minutes. Still gave 5 because it isn't their fault

Always great coffee! The customer service has been on point each time I have been. I love the Dirty Chai with an extra shot of espresso paired with a blueberry scone! Such a great way to start the day!

Unable to follow directions provided. Breve Toffee Nut Latte, four pumps of TN syrup, 165°, with whip cream, no firm (I'm not paying for air). I mark the cup were the ½and ½ should stop followed by stirred before the whip cream. The whip cream should touch the whip cream. It's beyond me that the Baristas are unable to follow such specific instructions. The problem im my opinion, that the.empooys are too Pressured too Pay attention to veery specific instructions. At.$6.75 I expect it to be spot on.. I'm not paying for a boat load of air.
