Papa Murphy 's Take 'n ' Bake Pizza

I ordered a gourmet vegetarian pizza and asked them to add Italian Sausage and extra cheese. Picked it up, drove 30 miles home, only to discover the pizza only had Italian sausage and cheese no veggies. I called them and they said they couldn’t help me because they were about to close. Said I needed to go online because it was an online order. Went to their app and my order confirmation and there is no customer service number or email. I’ve been a loyal customer for years but this is not acceptable.

Ordered my pizza on a Sunday morning to cook during football. Went to pick it up and nobody was in the store and the doors were locked. Checked the hours online, on the door, both said the store should be open. Will never return.Parking: Able to park

This location was amazing but now it's horrible. Order a deep dish and they put it a deep dish pan but regular crust. Also asked how I wanted my Pizza a million times. My husband can't have cheese so we get the cheese on the side. Normally they weigh out the cheese but this time they gave us a tiny container.Definitely not going back to this location.

Unbelievably poor customer service. I’ve ordered from here several times and the customer service has deteriorated with each visit. Most recent trip, I waited over 30 minutes and the idiot wrapped my pizza with no cheese! Seriously!!! Who hires these morons?
