Kadai Multi Cuisine - Kyathampalle

Hatte soup, appetizers, veg and not veg. Kadai Special biryani is cherry on top. Can easily serve 2 people who had some early appetizers and soup. But the customer service missed.. There are many people who serve you, but the part where a customer orders and order waiters is a great mess. I ordered chicken ollipop, and even after I told them I ordered Lollipop from other branches early, they gave it to another table. Ordnete a crispy corn, but not even received, yet someone mentioned it that there is no order placed. Total:3.5/5 Taste:5/5 Customer Experience:2/5

Veg Biryani was too spicy, could not eat much happily, previously it was good. Service person took the bill in hand and gave it to hand which was weird. Asked him to handle the cover to give the bill amount.

Worst Experience with Kadai Restaurant I Ordered Chicken Biryani, they served biryani after long waiting of 45 Minutes.Biryani was very salty and plain . Customer service was not good.huts was not clean . No proper service or maintaining. You can visit only for timepass not for food

I am giving 2 Star rating only for ambience and greenary. The food is not at all tasty. I tried soup, starters and biryani to my surmise nothing is tasty at all. I asked the server, he told me that it will be like that only.

This is only good for private room dine nd who needs privacy can prefer this food was litterelly tasteless ambiance was not great .
