Bathroom was not working where can we wash our hands we need basin for hands like Ulundi

What a horrible KFC experience!!!! The tellers are always grinning or angry for unknown reasons. The screen that displays the order statuses are never cleared!!!! The ice-cream/shakes are never there!!!!! The orders take forever to be delivered. This place needs a new makeover including all the staff and management, its disgusting to say the least!!!

It's mostly clean Mr Thabekhulu if I'm not mistaken does his job very well, the service is not good, you wait for too long to get your food, they also take R2 for add hope without asking for your permission.

After 7pm, don't bother bringing a card to pay. They only except cash and give you a hard time when you can't pay with cash.

Service is very poor. You wait for more than 45 minutes for your order
