I personally love their curry laksa a lot, and sometimes if they do sell Sarawak laksa, that’d be my favourite because only they sell the real Sarawak laksa. It’s also pretty affordable in this store, so it’s a good place to have affordable yet delicious lunch or dinner. Their hainan chicken chop is also amazing, would absolutely recommend it
On a recent weekend visit, the 2 of us tried the Curry Puff while we waited for our order of the Hokkien Mee and the Oyster Omelette. One of the best curry puffs I've had in Melbourne, with a light pastry and generous filling. The Oyster omelette was tasty and not oily. My fussy friend enjoyed the Hokkien Mee so much, she returned a week later! Trust the reviews this place serves authentic Malaysian comfort food.
We were off to a tasty start with the Nasi Lemak. In true classic Malaysian fashion, it came with chunks of tasty chicken rendang. The juicy cuts of chicken were beautifully marinated with plenty of spices and so full of flavour. Alongside sat the usual condiments including cucumber, boiled eggs, anchovies, peanuts, and of course a spicy sambal to tie it altogether. The spicy, crunchy and flavourful combination made this a very tasty dish indeed.
Best roast chicken rice in Melbourne. Don't take my word, try it yourself!
Literally the best prawn mee I have ever had in Melbourne so far. Tastes exactly like home if not better A solid 10/10!
