Kfc Thomastown - Kurunjang

Went through Drive Thru and got a popcorn chicken maxi and large chips. Popcorn chicken was fresh which was good. Chips were also very good although I would've liked a bit more chicken salt. Drive thru line was a little long but not too bad.

Clear and precise drive thru communication. Nice to see an older team other than kids. Received our order super quick. Food was perfect, fresh and piping hot. Definitely be back again. Thank you

Loved KFC fast n friendly service good job. Sometimes if too many customers, waiting a little longer is understandable

Food was GREAT, the crew member at the window was apologetic for the long wait, but clearly werd under staffed today

I ordered 10 pcs wicket wings and a ginger box today through uber eats but they send just ginger burger. When i call kfc to ask for wicket wings the call receiver seemed talking like need to order again if i need it. And said uber eats will refund. And they can’t do anything. That’s too much as that’s their fault to not provide the order properly and they were saying may be uber eats lost it somewhere rather than checking in there restaurant.
