It's a decent establishment. If you order vodka, you need to request a sealed bottle; otherwise, you'll get a low-quality drink. The hookah is quite expensive here, and it's cheaper at Oasis. Plus, the alcohol at Oasis is not watered down.
The prices are reasonable, although the alcohol isn't very good. The waitstaff takes a long time, and the kitchen operates slowly...
