Bud And Joe's Tavern - Kure Beach

My partner and I went to this restaurant to celebrate our anniversary. When we informed the hostess about our special occasion, she simply responded with "That's nice." We requested a corner table for some privacy, but the hostess refused, claiming it was for a party of four. She then begrudgingly allowed us to sit there if we hurried. Feeling uncomfortable with the lack of hospitality, we decided to leave. As we were exiting, we expressed our dissatisfaction to the hostess, to which she responded indifferently with a dismissive "too bad." I also couldn't help but notice a certificate on the wall proclaiming the restaurant as the "most romantic" - clearly not the case for us.
